  • Skullcap
  • Jasmine Flowers

East meets West in this Earth Angel blend. Earth Angels are those who live from the heart and soul, serving others in authenticity. The challenge is to take care of yourself, manage stress and not “carry the weight of the world on your shoulders.” At the end of some days, the stress, the “aches, and pains” of the work settles in the body. Earth Angel tea is designed with you in mind. The health benefits of this blend can support you as emotionally and physically you walk out love on the earth.

Lemongrass
Nutritionally, lemongrass is a good source of vitamins A and C, folate, folic acid, magnesium, zinc, copper, iron, potassium, phosphorus, calcium, and manganese. It also has minute traces of B vitamins. It can help relieve body discomfort and is an anti~inflammatory. It is calming and can support the immune system. Along with its culinary uses, lemongrass is useful in alternative or complementary remedies for a wide range of ailments.

Holy Basil ~ Tulsi
Considered holy by many religions, the tulsi plant is revered for its divine properties. With immense benefits like helping clear skin to dissolving kidney stones, tulsi is tonic for the entire body

Skullcap
A traditional Native American herb, it is fantastic for helping relieve anxiety without drowsiness. It has elemental iron, scutellarin, a bitter principle which can help with digestion, natural occurring sugar, tannins, and vitamin E.

Jasmine
Jasmine is one of the most popular flowers to emerge from that ancient nation of China. One reason jasmine tea is so popular is due to its many benefits to overall health, which come from the nutritional elements in the organic tea buds themselves. Jasmine tea is a wonderful means of adding somewhat uncommon antioxidants, which can have a wide range of beneficial effects on your system.

Angel Food ~ 2 oz of Loose Leaf Tea

  • Stinging Nettle
  • Oat Straw
  • Linden
  • Rose Petals
  • Rose Hips

Light workers know their “stuff”. They know what it takes to be well, but the truth be known, it does not always happen because the tendency to let “self care” slide is prevalent. Angel Food nourishes the body at a cellular level. Dense nutrition is the way to compensate for the days when the eating has not been “clean” and there is a need to feed the body. A less than optimal diet can lead to acidity, which can cause compromise in the body systems including various “itisis” This tea comes to the rescue.

Stinging Nettle
This is a prolific “weed” vodoo is rich in protein, vitamins, and minerals. Selenium, zinc, sulphur, chromium, boron and calcium, all shown to be nutritional rockstars . According to Master Herbalist, Susan Weed, of Wise Woman Herbals, “A quart of nettle infusion contains more than 1000 milligrams of calcium, 15000 IU of vitamin A, 760 milligrams of vitamin K, 10% protein, and lavish amounts of most B vitamins.” Even though this blend is not just Nettle, it can still be made into an infusion for those on the go and seeking foundational support.

Oat Straw
This is the “wowzer” when it comes to natural energy without the anxiety produced by excess caffeine. The energy is also an actual “mind blowing” experience. It has historically been used to support the brain and increases the alpha 2 waves which are prominent during wakefulness. It supports the production of Nitric Oxide which is vital in promoting healthy circulation throughout the body, including the brain.

Linden
The antioxidant and anti~inflammatory partner contribute to this blend, helping compensate for less than optimal conditions, including excessive stress,. It has historically been used to help relieve tension headaches and digestive upset.

Rose
This aromatic beauty brings a sense of calm and wellbeing. Rose can support digestion and help fight infection. Digestive, nervous and immune systems can be compromised when not eating optimally. Rose can be of help.

Rose Hips
Vitamin C is the signature of this wonder of nature. You could eat a bushel of oranges or drink a cup of Rose Hip tea. This is a perfect additon to round out this tea and support the well being of body mind and spirit.
