Smile, sweat, dance & have fun. Class is designed to be “doable” with clear instructions and modifications given so you can get the workout YOU want and have fun at the same time. Join our tribe!


Yoga Class by Nina

*Monday 12:00 noon – Strength & Grace–A gentle flow-for-all, this class combines sequenced movement with steady balance and strengthening

*Monday 6:30 pm – The Warm Chill–Slow and deep, this restorative-style class utilizes thermotherapy with Biomats and Soulmats to assist in calming the central nervous system and relaxing the spinal column, deeply meditative.

*Wednesday 5:00 pm – Tender Renewal–A calm class with no effort, this healing yoga session incorporates small, gentle movements into the joints and fascia to accommodate over-exertion, trauma, and stress, allowing the body to GLIDE and mend, very pampering 

Please bring your own mat, and perhaps a block, bolster, cushion, or towel to enhance your comfort.

Private yoga sessions including hand reflexology, yoga nidra, guided meditation, and therapeutic low back relief is also available by appointment.

TRX is taught by Sharon Hockenbury – Fitness Instructor.  She pays close attention to each student and modifies moves to facilitate each individual and the personal fitness needs. Born in the Navy SEALs, Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a highly portable performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete 100s of exercises.
