Gateways to Meditation, Crystal Bed Thermotherapy Series

These sessions are all on the Biomat in a restful sivasana. Bringing mind and body into relaxation with yoga nidra, guided meditation, visualization, and breathing techniques, we calm the central nervous system and allow access to a deeply restful, meditative state.

Yin & Yawn Candlelight Yoga Series

This rejuvenative/therapeutic session creates length in connective tissues and opens our tightest places without using power or effort. Our Yin body takes the brunt of daily stressors and can feel trapped and inflexible – Biomat Thermotherapy warms and loosens the body so we can settle down and allow time and gravity to open our joints and release resistance.

TRX is taught by Sharon Hockenbury – Fitness Instructor.  She pays close attention to each student and modifies moves to facilitate each individual and the personal fitness needs. Born in the Navy SEALs, Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a highly portable performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete 100s of exercises.
